- Act as the primary People Team contact for employees and managers across Australia
- Provide end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with global People Team colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver an exceptional employee experience while ensuring compliance and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Strong HR generalist expertise
- Solid understanding of Australian employment legislation
- Experience supporting organisational change in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Ability to provide advice on employment legislation, company policies, employee relations matters and people practices.
