Creation of technical documentation and implementation concepts
Development and standardization of solutions and services

Completed technical or commercial training with a strong affinity for technology, or equivalent qualification
3–5 years of professional experience in the AV, UC, or Digital Signage environment
Practical experience with Digital Signage and Conferencing solutions
Technical knowledge across multiple areas such as CMS systems, LED walls, DooH or Microsoft Teams Rooms
Strong hands-on mentality
Enjoyment of implementing technical solutions on-site with clients
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
High customer and service orientation
Strong communication skills and confident demeanor with clients and partners
Team player with the ability to connect different specialist areas
