Many years of expertise in: ISTQB (alternatively TMaP or Ignite) Foundation
Education and testing experience (ideally from an agile environment)
Experience with test tools for test management (e.g., ALM/HPQC) and test automation (e.g., Ranorex, UFT/QTP, Selenium)
Meticulous work approach, long-term availability, understanding of documentation requirements
Relevant testing experience from another, preferably similar project
Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
