About this role
Role Overview
Support the buying team with managing critical path deadlines
Coordinate approvals and prepare presentations
Maintain an organized workflow and ensure documentation is accurate
Lead weekly critical path meetings
Prepare and update PP presentations for management
Manage parcel collection, logging, and distribution
Requirements
Strong understanding of the critical path
Ability to set up and update documents accurately
Proficiency in Office 365 systems (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
Presentation skills
Problem solving abilities
Clear and professional communication across all platforms
Ability to manage workload effectively
Strong relationship management skills
Knowledge of the Swinger Tier system, RFID and barcode stickers, FTP system usage, and packaging requirements
