About this role

Design, develop, and maintain custom Onshape features in FeatureScript that run in production and hold up to daily use.
Augment Onshape workflows by building out tooling and integrating with systems outside of Onshape via Onshape APIs.
Work with the design engineering team to develop high value features end to end: discover their pain points, design and implement solutions, and integrate into their daily workflows.
Build automation that integrates MEP constraints and augments device and fixture placement.
Build automated code-compliance checking, e.g. outlet placement, egress, tempered windows requirements.

BS in mechanical, civil, or electrical engineering, or computer science.
2+ years of hands-on experience with parametric design (Onshape, Autodesk Fusion, SolidWorks, etc.).
Experience building custom features in Onshape with FeatureScript.
General coding experience, ideally in Go, Python, or C#.
Experience using coding agents to build prototypes, work with others, and get to a solution quickly.
