About this role
Role Overview
Provide technical consultancy to the US Professional Services team on product and integration strategy.
Lead solution design for major US client projects, balancing customer needs with long-term product and delivery sustainability.
Support client projects to successful outcomes by guiding stakeholders toward the best mutual solution, not simply the fastest requested option.
Deliver high-quality integration builds for enterprise clients.
Build and maintain deep expertise across all integration methods supported by the Dayshape product.
Identify integration capability gaps and provide clear, structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
Mentor teammates and support their technical growth.
Collaborate effectively across multiple time zones with strong communication, planning, and stakeholder alignment.
Requirements
8+ years of experience delivering complex enterprise integration projects.
Proven track record of designing and delivering high-quality, robust integration solutions.
5+ years of hands-on experience using ADF, Databricks, or comparable data management tools.
5+ years of experience with one or more programming languages, with the ability to investigate and understand existing codebases.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to negotiate outcomes that work for all parties.
Demonstrated ability to bring clarity and direction in complex, ambiguous situations.
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
Ability to deliver effectively under pressure while maintaining quality.
Bonus points if you have experience in professional services organisations and/or resource management environments.
Experience integrating with one or more enterprise systems such as Workday, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Experience contributing to integration standards, reusable patterns, or engineering best practices across teams.
