Manage end-to-end procurement activities from requisition to purchase order issuance, ensuring compliance with company policies and delegated authorities.
Ensure accuracy in specifications, pricing, delivery terms, and supplier details.
Monitor order status and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Communicate with suppliers regarding quotations, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.
Assist in supplier selection and onboarding processes.
Maintain and update procurement-related master data records, including Supplier Lists and Vendor Master information within the ERP system.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance related to quality, delivery, service, and compliance.
Identify supply risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure business continuity.
Support supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain complete and accurate procurement documentation.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal SOPs and external regulations.
Conduct sourcing activities, supplier selection, and supplier evaluations.
Lead commercial negotiations to achieve cost savings and best value for the company.
Analyze market trends, pricing, and procurement opportunities to support cost optimization initiatives.
Support tendering and quotation processes for medium to high-value procurement requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or other relevant disciplines.
4-8 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain functions.
Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent, or in a similar procurement role.
Commercial negotiations and contract management.
Supplier performance management.
Advanced communication in English (both oral & written)
Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Analytical Skills for evaluating offers, conducting cost analyses, and preparing financial reports.
Good Verbal and Written Communication skills for interacting with suppliers and internal teams.
Strong Attention to Detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in purchasing and order management software (e.g., ERP, procurement systems) and MS Office (especially Excel).
