Perform, process, and support Production Operations in various areas of the Plant
Receive product from Press, stack, and place on pallets.
Understand basic operation of Hugo Beck Bundling System
Ensure correct loading of product through bundling machine
Ensure quality of jobs completed by reviewing for quality and accuracy.
Informs Operators of any problems.
Pull Product samples according to company procedures
Assist Operators when the press is down.
Maintain and follow all company policies and procedures for OHSE
Change cylinders, pump out inks, fill solvent containers.
Complete all necessary paperwork as required including a daily lift truck inspection form.
Report all accidents, injuries, and near misses.
Requirements
High School diploma (or GED), one to three years related production experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have very good mechanical and physical ability.
Lift truck operators must have and maintain safety training for operation of all company equipment.
Ability to lift to 60 lbs is required.
Must be able to hold, touch, feel and manipulate with hands product and equipment in a safe manner.
Manual dexterity is required.
Must be able to rotate shifts as required and be available to work more than 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week when necessary to meet customer product needs.
