About this role
Role Overview
- Support team activities related to backlog and inventory management
- Track and monitor material movement and availability (waybill requests)
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Help identify gaps and contribute to process improvements
- Maintain and update tracking tools and dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency
- Support documentation of workflows, procedures, and improvements
Requirements
- Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- English proficiency (required) – written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work with data and interpret insights
- Continuous Improvement
- Proactive mindset with willingness to learn
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools (preferred)
- Familiarity with supply chain or operations concepts (preferred)
- Basic programming skills (Python or web development) is a bonus (preferred)
