Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Tech Leader
- Proven ability to lead a team of software engineers
- Demonstrated experience in technical estimation and resource allocation
- Expertise in maintaining engineering quality and security standards
- Proven ability to create quality software
- Zero major defects and/or bugs released
- Familiarity with the WHO method for hiring and talent acquisition
- Knowledge of Manager Tools best practices for team retention
- Ability to implement delegation according to the 5 Levels of Leadership
- Commitment to ongoing role certification and professional development
- Advanced to fluent English communication skills are essential for this role.
