Role Overview
- Recruit, hire, and train positive, enthusiastic employees.
- Develop, manage, and assign tasks for site maintenance and organization.
- Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints.
- Prepare performance appraisals and train employees on customer service and safety procedures.
- Analyze daily sales and manage P&L.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in retail sales preferred.
- Valid driver's license and adequate transportation for bank and corporate meetings.
- Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools, and materials.
- Ability to use a computer, including analysis of reports, inventory control, and cash control.
- Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.
