Broad exposure to the APAC Real Estate Debt investment platform through a 2-year rotational program.
Financial modelling of various investment vehicles.
Financial modelling of loan investment opportunities, including sensitivity and scenario analysis.
Preparation and coordination of business line and IC papers.
Coordination and management of loan investment closings.
Debt portfolio management.
Assistance on third-party capital raising initiatives for the APAC Debt business.
Preparation of periodic reporting requirements.
Provision of periodic data for the debt team.

At least the equivalent of a 2:1 from a recognised University graduating by August 2026
Demonstrated passion for investment management, particularly within Real Estate and/or Debt Financing
Good interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrable competency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel financial modelling and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of or interest in the real estate market is beneficial
Prior internship experience is a plus
Ability to adapt and embrace change
Desire to continuously learn and bring a creative approach to problem solving.
