Collaborates with the business portfolio team to align the IT portfolio and demand
Provides direct oversight of IT Strategy Advancement, IT Portfolio Management, Financial Management, Communications and Change Management, Operations Support and Metrics, and Talent Strategy and Management
Supports shared services initiatives across Pharmacy, Primary Care, Home Solutions, and the Office of the Chief Medical Officer
Leads a team responsible for execution of portfolio management function and IT prioritization process
Oversees planning, budgeting, and tracking processes with IT Finance
Develops and executes communication strategy to support IT leadership
Requirements
Master's Degree
8 or more years of technical experience
5 or more years of management experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders
Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
MBA or other Advanced Degree (Preferred)
Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes (Preferred)
Six Sigma certification (Preferred)
PMP certification (Preferred)
