About this role
Role Overview
Provides high-level administrative and coordination support to the CEO
Manages calendars, travel, meetings, and departmental projects
Acts as a primary liaison for the CEO's office
Facilitates smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders
Supports event planning and coordinates team activities
Prepares presentations, takes minutes, tracks action items, and manages expenses
Requirements
1–2 years of healthcare experience, preferred
Significant executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives
Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office
Effective problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups
Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance
Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Ability to travel if requested by the executive leader you support or your direct leader
