Physician Assistant – Psychiatric Mental Health Experience/Certification

Role Overview

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up care
• Diagnose and treat a range of psychiatric conditions in adults and/or children or adolescents (if experienced)
• Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with evidence-based guidelines with physician supervision in-house
• Maintain timely, thorough clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a clinical team to ensure continuity of care
• Participate in peer review, team meetings, and ongoing education

Requirements

• Current PA license (required)
• Psychiatric experience or certification preferred
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric settings is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
• Comfort with technology and EMR systems for telehealth care delivery
