About this role
Role Overview
Supports a strategic enterprise initiative to understand, analyze, develop and implement strategy and planning solutions
Supports team in defining business and/or multiple lines of businesses problems, issues and solutions
Participates in data collection, research and reporting activities for assigned initiatives
Provides analysis and solution recommendation for key enterprise initiatives
Participates in development of presentations
Collaborates with senior Strategy and Planning teams to identify solutions
Requirements
2+ years of relevant professional experience
Ability to identify operational pain points and translate them into AI/GenAI opportunities
Experience developing business cases, roadmaps, and transformation strategies
Ability to gather and translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs
Ability to partner with Lines of Business (LOBs), technology teams, risk partners, and senior leaders
Strong facilitation and consulting skills
Ability to manage multiple initiatives, track milestones, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive execution
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience preparing executive summaries, presentations, and strategic recommendations
Ability to evaluate business benefits, operational impacts, adoption metrics, and value realization
Experience using data to support prioritization and decision-making
Understanding of GenAI concepts, use cases, deployment patterns, and AI fundamentals (Nice to have)
Familiarity with technologies such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and enterprise AI platforms
Experience supporting use case intake, review, and approval processes
Familiarity with banking operations, risk, and regulatory environments is beneficial
