Role Overview
- apply specialty product knowledge to servicing commercial real estate loans
- ensure compliance with loan documents and internal policies
- analyze loan agreements and apply loan terms
- support onboarding of new loans
- maintain accurate loan servicing records
- perform collection activities on delinquent accounts
- serve as a subject matter resource
Requirements
- experience servicing HUD loans
- knowledge of commercial real estate loans
- ability to analyze and interpret complex loan agreements
- Bachelor's degree
- appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role
