Role Overview
Develops solutions and makes recommendations impacting clients and colleagues

Tests client hypotheses and solutions with robust data consulting processes and techniques

Manages delivery in consulting engagement under guidance of experienced colleagues
Uses planning tools and techniques and sets milestones appropriate for size and scale of assignment
Handles changes in project scope and seeks advice when needed
Defines project management processes and standards and establishes targets, benchmarks and performance measures for project delivery
Plans, organizes, controls and evaluates projects from concept phase to implementation
Assists with data collection, data entry and report generation
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Related Field
Typically requires ~3 years of experience in healthcare payer or provider operations
Knowledge and expertise in use of project, program management, and performance improvement methodologies and tools
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly around Excel and PowerPoint
Strong written and oral communication skills with demonstrated ability to concisely communicate with key leaders
Highly motivated, organized, self-starter with a focus on delivery of key project objectives
Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills and evidence of being a strong team player
Possesses a strong orientation toward innovation and new ideas
Facilitation and persuasion skills with ability to influence peers, superiors and sub-ordinates.
