Execute technology due diligence engagements and support engagement managers / Case Team Leaders (CTLs) with ownership for high quality deliverables prepared by Global Delivery Services team
Prepare and present clear, analytical and concise reports and presentations for engagement teams and clients, outlining the key technological findings, business impact and recommendations
Collaborate with partners, case teams and client teams on day-to-day project activities with high degree of ownership
Build and maintain strong relationships with regional case teams throughout the project lifecycle
Mentor junior team members providing guidance on project execution and ensuring high quality of delivery
Build and grow long-term relationships with clients as their trusted strategic advisors
Stay updated about the latest developments in technology and constantly update the due diligence process accordingly

MBA with a Bachelor's degree in IT/Software Engineering
At least 4-6 years of software-related work experience
Experience in PE/M&A transactions, ideally in performing Technology Due Diligence and/or strategic value creation assignments
Demonstrable experience or knowledge of structured methodologies and industry standards for Product Management
UI/UX design principles
Software Architecture
Software Development Life Cycle methods
Ability to make detailed assessments of industry, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities
Ability to assess complex technology environments and analyze them in the context of business objectives
