Lead development teams in building enterprise applications using Angular and Node.js;
Define and ensure adoption of coding standards, development best practices, and architectural guidelines;
Design and implement advanced architectures, including microservices and serverless solutions;
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, translating business requirements into technical solutions;
Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring deadlines, quality, and compliance are met;
Mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth;
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including DevOps, QA (Quality Assurance), and Product Management;
Other routine responsibilities within the area.
Requirements
Experience serving as a Technical Lead;
Strong proficiency in Angular v18+ and Node.js v18+;
Strong knowledge of SQL, query development and optimization, and APIs, with the ability to review and improve existing APIs and develop new ones;
Advanced knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, and API Gateway;
Expertise in microservices architecture and distributed systems;
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies (Docker and Kubernetes);
Ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures;
Excellent communication skills for direct client interaction;
Required: Bachelor's degree (completed);
Preferred: Experience with serverless architectures;
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation;
Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps culture;
AWS certifications.
