Requirements
Has 5+ years of project management experience within an agency or brand environment
Can manage integrated marketing, digital, and social projects from kickoff through delivery, including timelines, budgets, resource planning, and project documentation
Excels at coordinating cross-functional teams and keeping stakeholders aligned on priorities, deadlines, and next steps
Is comfortable facilitating meetings, tracking action items, managing approvals, and maintaining project plans and status reports
Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can effectively manage multiple workstreams while adapting to shifting priorities
Brings a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Is familiar with agile project management methodologies and modern collaboration tools
Ideal Background
Agency or in-house experience managing integrated marketing, digital, social, or content programs for consumer brands
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Experience supporting project scoping, budgeting, and resource planning
Experience with Monday.com (or similar project management platforms) is a plus
