Developing and leading strategic initiatives, including projects to reduce supplier risk and improve service quality.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
8+ years' of progressively responsible experience leading activities in Client/Supplier Management, Quality, Accounting/Auditing/Financial industry software solutions and related Digital Transformation functional areas.
6+ years customer facing experience (internal or external).
5+ years BlackLine experience; Specifically working with Journals building complex AJDs.
Experience with Workiva and other industry leading R2R tools.
Project and/or change management experience in managing, leading, and implementing financial reconciliation or related systems.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Strategic consultative mindset, with an aptitude for dissecting processes and delivering optimized solutions.
