Role Overview
- Partner with leaders across the 360 team to understand business priorities
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders for performance and team effectiveness
- Support leaders in making strong people decisions that balance business priorities
- Coach managers on core people fundamentals and team effectiveness
- Identify capability gaps and design scalable learning initiatives
- Support talent planning and development for key roles
- Partner with the People team for aligning talent and development activities
- Support leaders through change and provide guidance on team health
- Help leaders turn engagement insights into practical actions
Requirements
- Proven experience in a business partnering role (e.g. HR Business Partner, People Partner)
- Experience supporting leaders and managers in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment
- Experience designing and embedding scalable learning, development or capability-building initiatives
- Confident handling employee relations matters or strong judgement from related experience
- Strong coaching capability for building confidence in managers
- Resourceful and creative approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable using people data and business insights
- Experience in media, digital, creative or content-led environments preferred
