As the PR & Marketing Manager for AIRE Ancient Baths in Barcelona and Vallromanes, you will lead and execute the local Public Relations and B2B strategy across our two locations, driving brand awareness, visibility, and positioning within one of the world’s most competitive and influential markets.
Act as the local brand ambassador, developing B2B relationships across hospitality, corporate, and tourism sectors while leading PR initiatives and brand activations that drive awareness and engagement.
Work closely with global and local teams, helping translate brand presence into sustainable commercial growth.
Build B2B relationships for AIRE at the regional level to increase sales in this segment: Hospitality, Corporations, Institutions, Congress centers, etc.
Manage existing B2B accounts and lead relationships with relevant hotels, travel industry, incentive agencies, etc.
Manage the sales funnel contacts and report a weekly update about the progress to HQ and Local Management.
Raise awareness and relevance of the AIRE brand at the local level (be a brand advocate and guardian).
Manage and build corporate and B2C relationships through networking, PR events, and partnerships/sponsorships.
Supervise and ensure the overall brand image standards in the location.
Collaborate with the Global Social Media manager to ensure content is aligned with local needs.
Collaborate with the Global Marketing team to ensure the correct implementation of marketing campaigns at the location.
Supervise and lead the production, promotion, and design of all group and/or event bookings; Lead and manage all sales for group & event initiatives.
Manage onsite influencers, press, and VIP visits.
Requirements
Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a PR/Marketing role, preferably in the luxury or hospitality sector
Familiarity with the luxury, wellness, or high-end hospitality sectors within New York City, with an understanding of how to elevate and protect brand positioning through every detail of the experience.
Hands-on experience in building and managing local B2B partnerships, ideally in the fields of tourism, events, corporate wellness, or premium hospitality.
Previous experience working with HQ or global teams, where you’ve adapted and implemented central brand strategies to fit local market dynamics.
