Responsible for on-site commissioning of medium voltage variable frequency drives (VFDs) in Russian region; capable of independently resolving complex technical issues.
Collaborate with the Russian sales team to conduct technical discussions, prepare proposals, and present products to drive project conversion.
Cover medium
and low-voltage VFD product lines, providing end-to-end technical support (both pre-sales and post-sales).
Provide remote technical support for the South Africa and Egypt regions, ensuring high-quality service for overseas customers.
Requirements
Must have on-site commissioning experience with medium-voltage VFDs and be familiar with at least one mainstream brand.
Strong presentation skills; able to act as a technical point of contact during interactions with sales teams and customers.
Proficiency in English as a working language (for communication with HQ in China and support for South Africa/Egypt).
Strong sense of responsibility; capable of effective remote communication and timely responsiveness across time zones.
