About this role
Role Overview
- Define KPIs, identify business opportunities, and estimate their impact using data.
- Support the development and launch of Ovoko Wallet, by providing insights and analytical recommendations.
- Analyze payment, transaction, and financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and analyze experiments (A/B tests) to evaluate product changes.
- Build dashboards, datasets, and analytical models that support both Product and Finance teams.
- Work with modern tooling such as Snowflake, Looker, Mixpanel, and explore opportunities in the evolving AI landscape.
Requirements
- Experience working with SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and business recommendations.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Good data visualization and storytelling skills.
- Business-driven mindset.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders.
- Fluent English.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience working with transactional, payments, fintech, marketplace, or other financial data.
- Exposure to financial products, payment systems, reconciliation, or tax-related analytics.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude.
