Build and execute strategic recruiting plans for high-volume sales and 1099 roles
Actively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, social platforms, industry networks, and creative outreach strategies
Continuously research new sourcing channels to keep the pipeline full and competitive
Exceed company hiring metrics and drive improvements across all recruiting processes
Screen candidates for skill fit, sales acumen, and cultural alignment with Paynada
Serve as Paynada’s first impression—building strong, long-term candidate relationships
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to final offer
Stay current on industry trends, especially within payment processing and merchant services
Maintain accurate and organized documentation in ADP WorkforceNow
Partner with hiring managers to evaluate recruiting effectiveness and refine strategies
Build a proactive bench of qualified candidates ahead of organizational needs

Proven success leading or managing recruiting efforts in a high-volume sales environment
Demonstrated ability to exceed recruiting quotas and deliver consistent results
Experience in merchant services and strong understanding of payment processing is preferred
Experience recruiting 1099 sales professionals
Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a remote environment with excellent time management
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms (ADP WorkforceNow preferred)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3–5 years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience
1–2 years in a leadership or senior recruiting role managing people or a department

Competitive salary offered, range of $70,000-85000
