You’ll be at the heart of complex litigation—managing or supporting high-value catastrophic injury claims from instruction through to resolution.
Managing a caseload of serious injury claims including ultra-high-value matters
Advising on liability, quantum, and indemnity issues
Working closely with a Lead Lawyer on multi-million-pound cases
Building strong, trusted relationships with insurer clients
Supporting and developing junior team members
Contributing to initiatives that enhance Keoghs’ market profile

Qualified Solicitor (4–8 years’ PQE) or qualified CILEX lawyer
Proven experience working on catastrophic or large loss injury claims
Strong understanding of litigation, case law, and court procedures
Ability to handle or support complex, high-value cases with confidence
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Calm under pressure, with strong prioritisation and organisational ability
Defendant experience is ideal, but strong claimant backgrounds will also be considered
