Deliver 1:1 bi-weekly coaching sessions focused on helping the coachee overcome blockers to learn new skills
Build trust quickly with working adults in frontline and supervisor roles; help them sustain motivation and build confidence
Provide real-time verbal feedback through practice roleplays and other interactive activities; create a non-judgemental space for meaningful reflection
Offer clear, scaffolded explanations of key concepts and skills; check for understanding; provide practice opportunities
Provide one‑on‑one support to help learners plan, prioritize, meet deadlines, and seek additional support when needed
Help learners surface relevant real-world opportunities to apply their new skills; co-design incremental steps toward long-term goals
Document concise coaching notes and send follow‑up actions within 72 hours of sessions
Track learner progress and trends, sharing insights and escalation needs with the team
Participate in coaching team meetings and ongoing training to refine practices and contribute to playbooks
Requirements
3+ years of experience in career, executive, workplace, or life coaching with a track record of effective 1:1 support
Highly organized and responsive, with the ability to manage multiple learners and meet partner‑level expectations
Experience providing support such as study strategies, time management, and concept reinforcement
Previous professional experience in one or more of the following areas: financial services, sales, customer service, management, operations, project management, data analytics
