Coordinate and develop the company’s finance and accounting team;
Ensure execution and improvement of accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow and reconciliations processes;
Supervise monthly financial and accounting closings;
Review and validate financial statements, KPIs and management reports;
Lead financial planning, annual budgeting and forecast reviews;
Support the executive team in results analysis and strategic decision-making;
Ensure fiscal, tax, corporate and accounting compliance;
Act as the primary point of contact between finance, accounting, legal, banks and other company areas;
Oversee domestic and international operations, including foreign exchange, international receipts and global partners;
Design and enhance processes, internal controls and automations for the area;
Manage relationships with financial institutions and strategic suppliers/partners;
Support internal and external audits;
Develop financial indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business performance;
Ensure proper document organization and compliance with the company’s legal obligations;
Lead the Human Resources team, ensuring improvements in recruitment and selection, development, performance management, organizational climate and people management processes;
Work in partnership with the executive team to define strategies related to culture, organizational structure, leadership development and the company’s human capital evolution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
Previous experience in financial leadership, controllership or financial coordination roles
Strong knowledge of corporate finance, controllership and accounting
Experience with cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
Knowledge of accounting closings and financial statements
Experience with taxes, tax obligations and accounting routines
Experience with ERPs and financial management tools
Analytical, organized and results-oriented profile
Ability to lead people, structure processes and drive improvement projects
Intermediate to advanced English
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and people management
