Direct projects by managing and delegating tasks
Forecast and proactively address workload, financial performance, resource and staffing needs
Collaborate with clients and teammates throughout the organization
Oversee client relationships including periodic meetings, proposal and budget development
Prepare agreements and oversee the creation and approval of construction plans
Analyze complex technical opportunities and devise new/improved techniques
Lead, coach, and mentor Team Members to achieve goals and strategies

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
Licensed Professional Engineer, preferred
8+ years of progressive professional experience, including proven independent project management skills on small to mid-size projects
Successful completion of Project Management and Supervisor trainings, or demonstrated equivalent experience
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Solid client service and relationship management experience
Proficiency with project management tools, budgeting and scheduling
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
