Requirements
- Several years' experience in recruiting
- Ideally a background in industry or operations
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Willingness to travel and flexible working hours
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Confident user of recruiting tools and Microsoft Excel
- Very good German and English
