Contribute to creative direction for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand moments across Pomélo+Co and SHYNE
Translate brand strategy and campaign objectives into compelling visual concepts, moodboards, and creative territories
Help build and develop graphic systems: typography, color palettes, layout principles, and graphic devices
Participate in the creative exploration phase of projects: research references, generate options, and help shape recommendations presented to the Head of Brand and Team Lead Design
Design within and contribute to scalable design systems applied across all brand touchpoints: social, CRM, e-commerce, retail, packaging, and offline activations
Create and adapt templates and components in Figma for team-wide use
Ensure design consistency across campaigns and channels, following established brand guidelines
Own the creative output for designated campaigns from concept to final delivery, with guidance and support from the Design Lead
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and offering constructive input
Support the maintenance and update of product packaging artwork across brands
Execute print-ready designs from concept through to final artwork, ensuring quality and brand consistency at every stage
Work closely with the Team Lead Design and Head of Brand to align on creative direction
Collaborate with social media, CRM, and performance marketing teams to understand channel needs while maintaining creative quality
Requirements
3-5+ years of experience as a brand designer, graphic designer, or visual designer
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, campaign development, and visual identity work, ideally for beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
Solid ability to work within visual systems: typography, color, layout, and graphic language
Experience contributing to the creative process: gathering references, generating options, and helping shape recommendations
Experience designing for multiple channels (social, CRM, e-commerce) while maintaining brand consistency
Strong Figma skills: components, auto-layout, design system documentation, prototyping
Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Motion design skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar) for social and campaign content
Experience with generative AI tools for creative exploration (Higgsfield, Nano Banana Pro, or similar) is a strong plus
A strong creative eye with a passion for beauty, fashion, and lifestyle aesthetics
English (at least C1) required. German, French, or Italian is a plus
