You develop and negotiate long-term financing solutions for our photovoltaic systems with external lenders such as banks or leasing companies.
You design and structure flexible bridge financing to cover the solar contractor’s advance payments until loan proceeds from refinancing are received.
You create and optimize financing models—such as project financing, leasing, or green bonds—tailored to our business model.
You build and maintain financial cases in ERP systems.
You support the entire financing process from due diligence and contract drafting through to project closing.
You work closely with internal and external partners.
You monitor and analyze market trends and financing options in the renewable energy sector to ensure MARCLEY is optimally positioned.

You have a degree in finance or completed banking training.
You have at least 2–3 years of professional experience in structured finance.
You have experience developing and implementing complex financing models.
You have experience with accounting and tax implications as well as intercompany accounting for large tangible assets.
You are confident in creating and analyzing financial cases, ideally using ERP systems.
You have strong communication skills in both German and English.
You have an independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style and maintain oversight even in complex processes.
