About this role
Role Overview
Achieving sales and profitability objectives
Growing wallet share within largest enterprise accounts
Building and managing a multimillion-dollar pipeline of opportunities
Pipeline building, prospecting, territory planning, and relationship development
Managing full sales cycles from prospecting through close
Conducting discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects
Negotiating opportunity terms with leadership approval
Collaborating with marketing, SDR, and other internal resources for territory coverage
Requirements
10+ years of experience selling SaaS software to B2B prospects
Experience selling into the MI & OH market
Experience selling IT operations software or similar solutions
Proven hunter and closer mentality
Exceptional ability to build credibility with clients
Excellent professional presence and business acumen
Polished communication skills matched by strong active listening skills
Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM
Proven ability to lead with NinjaOne’s values of Curiosity, Integrity, Kindness, Humility, and Builders
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
