About this role

Support the OEM and SES’s airline customers with advanced technical expertise for installation and maintenance issues.
Ensure all work performed is in accordance with contractual terms and fully functioning In Flight Entertainment and Connectivity.
Achieve and maintain specific OEM and customer satisfaction goals.
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all stakeholders.
Support all technical aspects of SES systems on the customer fleet, including installation and troubleshooting.
Provide comprehensive reporting of technical issues and resolution actions.
Provide on-site guidance of the Inflight Connectivity system.

Associate degree in aerospace or aeronautical Engineering, electrical Engineering or related discipline preferred.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance including electrical and avionics systems on commercial aircraft.
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification preferred.
Experience working specifically on installations, operation or troubleshooting of inflight entertainment systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
