8+ years of software development experience, including at least 4 years leading technical teams (Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or equivalent).
Strong proficiency in C#/.NET (ASP.NET Core) in production environments.
Hands-on experience with Node.js for services and APIs.
Design and versioning of APIs in REST, GraphQL, and gRPC — selecting the right approach for each use case.
Real experience with distributed systems: messaging/events (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), eventual consistency, idempotency, resilience patterns (retries, circuit breaker, timeouts), and observability (logs, metrics, tracing).
Relational and NoSQL databases, with understanding of data modeling and performance.
Containers (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to make and justify architectural decisions based on scalability, cost, and sustainability.
Delivery coordination: planning, backlog prioritization, and follow-up.
Quality culture: code review, testing, and engineering standards.
Mentorship and technical development of the team.
Operational management: incident handling, SLAs, and monitoring OKRs/KPIs.
Clear communication with executive leadership and business areas.
Autonomy and maturity to make decisions without constant validation.
