8-12 years of software engineering experience
Experience in engineering management
Hands-on exposure to legacy system modernization
Solid grounding in cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure)
CI/CD practices and API-driven system design
Track record of hiring and developing engineering talent
Experience owning production support and incident response in a SaaS or enterprise setting
Strong communication skills
Practical experience using AI tools in engineering workflows.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
