About this role
Role Overview
Own the Microsoft Surface sales cycle, from opportunity identification through closure and post-sale support.
Develop and execute business development strategies that increase revenue, market share, and profitability.
Identify, qualify, and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent growth and forecasting accuracy.
Leverage data, market insights, and business intelligence to uncover new opportunities and optimize performance.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft stakeholders, reseller partners, customers, and internal teams.
Serve as a trusted business advisor by providing strategic guidance on Microsoft Surface products, programs, and solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and vendor management teams to support business objectives.
Lead engaging virtual and in-person trainings, lunch-and-learns, webinars, and partner enablement sessions.
Educate partners and internal sales teams on Microsoft Surface solutions, programs, promotions, and competitive positioning.
Monitor pipeline performance, profitability, and key business metrics.
Negotiate agreements and business opportunities that create value for TD SYNNEX, Microsoft, and our partners.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above required.
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, vendor management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and customer engagement strategies.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
Experience working with technology solutions, channel partners, or vendor relationships (preferred).
Knowledge of Microsoft products, Surface devices, or the IT channel ecosystem (preferred).
