About this role
Role Overview
Keep the pipeline moving by tracking active leads and trials
Draft outreach and re-engagement emails
Maintain HubSpot CRM accuracy
Manage trial and subscription agreements to close deals
Build trust and manage day-to-day relationships with customers
Assist in onboarding new customers
Relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams
Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing teams
Requirements
1+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales support
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with CRM systems, HubSpot preferred
Organized and energetic, ideally in a fast-moving startup
Energy sector experience or connections are a plus
