Role Overview
- Keep the pipeline moving by tracking active leads and trials
- Draft outreach and re-engagement emails
- Maintain HubSpot CRM accuracy
- Manage trial and subscription agreements to close deals
- Build trust and manage day-to-day relationships with customers
- Assist in onboarding new customers
- Relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing teams
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems, HubSpot preferred
- Organized and energetic, ideally in a fast-moving startup
- Energy sector experience or connections are a plus
