Ensure safety, quality, environmental, and productivity standards in the operation
Lead and develop the operations team
Plan, assign, and oversee operational activities
Monitor operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement actions
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements
Conduct operational safety and production meetings
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities

Completed technical degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Electronics, Automation, or related fields
Completed or in-progress university degree in Production, Metallurgical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related fields will be considered a plus
Experience in industrial operations within the aluminum, steel, non-ferrous metals, chemical, or other manufacturing industries
Strong experience in industrial operations with leadership responsibilities
Knowledge of managing operational indicators/KPIs, production, quality, safety, cost, and environmental aspects
Knowledge of problem analysis and resolution, failure handling, and continuous improvement
Familiarity with management methodologies such as PDCA and MASP
Experience with SAP, Synergi, and operational management tools is a plus
Knowledge of anode manufacturing processes is a plus
Valid driver's license (Category B or higher) required
Availability to work on-site in Barcarena, PA (Pará), Brazil
