About this role

Serve as CSL's senior finance leader, acting as a key executive partner
Design and oversee the robust financial systems, contract frameworks, and compliant growth strategies
Oversee CSL's Financial Analyst and coordinate closely with the entire Business Operations Team
Lead the enterprise-wide implementation of CSL's newly selected ERP and Project Accounting platform
Head annual budget development and quarterly forecast updates
Manage and maintain DCAA-compliant cost accounting practices
Develop cost volumes and pricing strategies for CSL proposals
Collaborate directly with the COO to design and track corporate financial dashboards

8+ years of progressive financial management and accounting experience
At least 2 years of dedicated experience in a federal government contracting (GovCon) environment
Proficiency in Expensify or comparable expense management platforms
Familiarity with time-tracking tools (e.g., Harvest)
Experience developing cost volumes and pricing strategies for federal proposals
Strong working knowledge of allowable versus unallowable cost rules
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
An active interest in leveraging AI tools to optimize financial analysis
