Own the growth roadmap for each client
Run A/B tests on paywalls, onboarding, pricing, and placement using Superwall
Be accountable for client metrics: conversion rates, trial starts, revenue per user, LTV
Build and present performance reports with clear insights and next steps
Lead client sessions: onboarding, regular check-ins, and teaching teams how to think about monetization
Work closely with a product designer who handles the visual side of experiments

3-5 years of hands-on experience growing a subscription mobile app.
You've owned or directly influenced monetization metrics
You've worked with Superwall or similar paywall tools and know how paywall experimentation works in practice
Strong analytical thinking
Comfortable with conversion funnels, A/B test analysis, cohort data, and revenue metrics
Experience designing and prioritizing experiment roadmaps
Client-facing communication skills
Comfortable context-switching across multiple apps and client needs
AI-native workflow: you use AI tools to speed up analysis, reporting, and hypothesis generation
Proficient English (written and verbal)
EU or US East Coast timezone
