Leads the finance and contract compliance team carrying out the end-to-end contract management processes
Collaborates with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Checks contract milestones and obligations
Inspects contract proposals, identifies risks
Evaluates opportunities for cost savings, performance improvements
Consults with internal stakeholders to negotiate contracts
Ensures efficiency and effectiveness of contract management processes
Provides leadership in motivating team members to accomplish finance and contract compliance goals

10-15 years of experience within finance
specifically focused in financial reporting, determining cost, underwriting, or related experience
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Adept at understanding the business’ P&L statements and how to take action based on analysis and interpretation of the data
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Mastery of problem solving and decision-making skills
Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Ability to assess operational and legal risk and provide recommendations to senior leadership on mitigating factors
Ability to effectively operate in a matrixed environment and drive project completion and issue resolution across departments
