Role Overview
Associates on the Public Finance team are strong individual contributors in the areas of analyzing, structuring, and executing transactions.
Responsible for performing industry research and preparing pitches, management presentations, and other written materials.
Strong working knowledge and skills in analyzing, structuring, and executing transactions with a focus on technical analysis.
Actively participate in client planning sessions, research and analyze data, prepare and present analytical information.
Managing and executing tasks encompassing comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analyses.
Possess a deep understanding of the financial impact of decisions on the client’s organization.
Partnering with sales/product team members, responsible for performing industry research, preparing pitch, management presentations, and other written materials using analytical skills.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (preferred) OR equivalent experience (required)
1+ years of investment banking experience (preferred)
FINRA License S79 within 1-1/2 Yrs (required)
FINRA License S63 within 1-1/2 Yrs (required)
FINRA License S52 within 1-1/2 Yrs (required)
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Applies investment banking principles to structure and execute public finance transactions
Supports clients with financial insights and recommendations
Assists in structuring and executing municipal and infrastructure debt deals
Understands financing mechanisms for public infrastructure projects
