Senior Associate, Outbound Marketing Strategy – Operations, Performance Marketing

Role Overview

• managing the day-to-day digital and performance marketing campaigns for Capital One’s U.S. Card digital acquisition channels
• launching new ad campaigns, developing test designs and launching tests, implementing process improvements, and optimizing active programs
• supporting channel strategy development, aiding product initiatives, and continuously seeking ways to optimize channels
• collaborating across internal teams including Legal, Compliance, Brand Marketing, Customer Experience, Analytics, Data, and Technology
• ensuring a seamless customer journey and data-backed hypotheses

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Military experience
• At least 2 years of experience in email or display ad marketing
• At least 2 years of experience planning and implementing digital marketing strategies utilizing Google or other inbox servicing ad platforms
• At least 2 years of experience analyzing and evaluating campaign performance
• At least 2 years of experience in paid media & performance marketing, managing high volume accounts and large media budgets (preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience in D2C marketing (preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience in project management (preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in social media or search engine marketing (preferred)
• Prior financial industry or media agency experience (preferred)
