Role Overview
- Recruit, onboard, train, develop, and coach new advisors
- Support candidates for positive onboarding experience
- Conduct training in product knowledge and sales process
- Develop advisor skills through targeted coaching
- Monitor and track advisor activities to ensure compliance
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in financial services
- Valid Life Insurance Agent’s license in the province of employment
- Valid Mutual Fund license or ability to obtain within first 90 days
- Complete Branch Manager’s Course Examination and registration requirements within 6 months
- Proficient with Salesforce.com, Financial Planning software, Microsoft applications
