Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets.
Manage and convert capital equipment opportunities generated by aftermarket and marketing teams.
Identify new business opportunities within the feed, oilseed, industrial, and related sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and industry partners.
Conduct customer visits, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to develop customer-focused solutions.
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting information in Salesforce.
Represent CPM at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Requirements
Proven experience in capital equipment, industrial machinery, or technical sales.
Experience within the animal feed industry is strongly preferred; experience in oilseed, grain processing, biomass, or related industries will also be considered.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage complex sales cycles and customer relationships.
Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel throughout Turkey and the region.
