Role Overview
- Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledges technical, schedule and cost constraints.
- Develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for completing systems.
- Coordinates integrated testing activities.
- Reviews and evaluates test requirements to ensure completeness of test program.
- Performs technical analysis of complete systems and prepares comprehensive system level evaluations.
- Responsible to collect data, review, coordinate and conduct a variety of test procedures across various ship systems.
- Hands on deck plate support as well as providing technical guidance and troubleshooting instructions by evaluating vendor furnished equipment, drawings and test procedure requirements.
- Looking for a self-starter with a questioning attitude to proactively impact the test program and maintain a high level of quality while ensuring schedule demands are met.
Requirements
- An ABET Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant exempt experience;
- Master’s Degree and 0 year of relevant professional experience;
- OR Professional Development Program (PDP) NNS Apprentice Certificate
