About this role
Role Overview
Map complete customer journeys, identifying all digital and physical touchpoints.
Analyze experience and user behavior metrics (NPS, CSAT, CES, usage data) to identify friction points and opportunities.
Propose improvements that go beyond digital channels, considering customer service, communication, and internal processes.
Develop personas and archetypes based on real data and user research.
Create service blueprints, journey maps, and omnichannel experience frameworks.
Act strategically in defining initiatives that impact customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify pain points, needs, and opportunities.
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and interface specifications for web and mobile products.
Plan and run usability tests, validating hypotheses with real users.
Develop, evolve, and maintain design systems and component libraries.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
Solid experience in UX Design, UX Strategy, or Product Design.
Experience in companies in the financial market, especially within the investments sector.
Background in journey mapping, service design, and omnichannel experience.
Experience analyzing experience metrics (NPS, CSAT, CES) and behavioral data.
Proficiency in user research techniques (qualitative and quantitative).
Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
Ability to act strategically, with business acumen and a focus on impact.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
Experience with CX, Service Design, or Design Ops.
Experience working in agile environments and product squads.
Experience with high-scale products or regulated environments.
Experience with data, analytics, and experimentation (A/B tests).
Intermediate or advanced English.
